All of our products shipped within the UK are charged at a flat rate of £10 (excluding VAT) which is added during the checkout process.
The lead-time is dependant on the style of lanyards you require. Online orders are subject to standard lead-times which vary from 2-3 weeks for screen printed and dye-sublimated lanyards up to 5 weeks for embroidered woven lanyards. If you require lanyards within a week please call us and we can help.
Once your product(s) has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email.
Unfortunately items cannot be returned as they are all made to order.
If we make an error with your order, please notify us within 3 days of receiving your shipment. We will remedy the mistake with the correct product(s). In the rare circumstance where the product is no longer available we will help you select an alternative or offer you a refund. If we sent you more products than you ordered, please notify Brand My Lanyard Customer Service and return the additional quantity.
Please notify us within 3 days or you will be billed for the additional quantity at the full retail price, even if you didn't order it.
If your shipment was damaged in transit please contact Brand My Lanyard Customer Services within 3 days. Any damaged product(s) returned must follow our Exchange or Return policy listed above.
