I have never ordered lanyards before can someone help me?

I can't see the lanyard I want

If you can't see the lanyard you want or you would like to discuss your requirements in person please call us on 0345 812 4000.

 

Which is the best lanyard for me?

The best lanyard for you is dependant on a number of variables such as quantity, branding, accessories and lead-time. Our most popular lanyard by far is the 20mm Polyester but this may not be right for you. If you would like some advice then please call us on 0345 812 4000 and we would only be to happy to provide some advice and a variety of options for you to chose from.

 

Can you print Pantone colours?

Yes is the short answer, we can also Pantone match the ribbon given adequate time to include this in the production schedule.

 

Can you match my corporate Pantone colour?

Yes we can print Pantones and we can also Pantone match the ribbon given adequate time to include this in the production schedule.

 

Is there a charge for custom artwork?

There is no charge for custom artwork as all of our projects are bespoke. If your logo is low resolution or you are unable to provide it in the format required our design team can review this for you and lend a hand.

 

Will I see a proof of my lanyard?

Yes, we will send you a JPG proof of your lanyard via email which will require approval before your lanyards are produced.

 


 

Ordering & Payment

 

What is the minimum order quantity?

You can order just a single lanyard if you wish but due to set-up costs please be prepared for a very expensive lanyard. If you place your order online we have set the minimum to 100 units as it is very rare that lanyards are ordered in smaller quantities.

 

Can I order over the phone?

We are more than happy to discuss your requirement and to take your order over the phone. The online ordering system is purely for your convenience but if you are more comfortable calling us then we look forward to speaking to you soon.

 

Can I change my order?

If you need to make amendments to your order please call us on 0345 812 4000 quoting your order number so we can run through your amendments and tell you how this will affect your current pricing and lead-time. Please be aware that after your order is placed you will receive a digital proof so if you have any queries you can send them via email or call in.

 

Can I cancel my order?

Orders can be cancelled prior to proof approval. If orders are cancelled after this time any work completed will be chargable.

 

What method of payment can I use?

If you would like to pay online you can pay using one of the following methods:

Is there a minimum order value?

No, there is no minimum order value. 

 

Do you store my card details?

No, all payments are handled by Stripe or Paypal. Brand My Lanyard will never store your card details.

 


 

Account Details

 

Can I create an account?

Yes, it is required that you set up an account on the system prior to ordering.

 

Can I update my account details?

Yes, you have full administration rights to your account. If you require any further assistance with your online account please call us on 0345 812 4000 and we can help.

 

Can I delete my account?

In order to delete your account please contact us on 0345 812 4000 and ask to speak to the webmaster.

 


 

Shipping & Returns

 

How long will it take for my goods to arrive?

The lead-time is dependant on the style of lanyards you require. Online orders are subject to standard lead-times which vary from 2-3 weeks for screen printed and dye-sublimated lanyards up to 5 weeks for embroidered woven lanyards. If you require lanyards within a week please call us and we can help.

 

How much does delivery cost?

Standard UK delivery will be £10 + VAT per order which is added during the checkout process. 

 

Do you deliver outside the UK?

Currently we are only able to ship to addresses within the UK. If you live outside the UK please contact Brand My Lanyard Customer Services on 0345 812 4000 or email enquiries@brandmylanyard.co.uk

 

How do I find out where my order is?

If you would like an update on the status of your order please check the "View Order Status" in your account area or call us on 0345 812 4000 quoting your order reference and we will happily update you.

 

Can an item be returned?

Unfortunately items cannot be returned as they are all made to order.
